The daily rates apply to bookings under 4 weeks. These rates reflect the high cleaning costs. Please note that these rates provide for the units to be serviced before your arrival.

We accept Visa, Mastercard with a surcharge of 1%. We also accept American Express with a surcharge of 3%. You can also transfer funds electronically and we will supply you with bank details when you require these.

When you visit us, you won't find a large modern apartment complex or executive style units, instead you will find:

• Quiet & secluded units and houses in residential settings. Our units in Reid are in a Heritage listed precinct
  The units and houses
• are fully furnished and self contained including linen and towels
• have off street parking for one vehicle
• are conveniently located in the suburbs of Reid and Braddon, only minutes to the city, the ANU, and major tourist attractions
• have court yards (except for two units) and are all on ground level

A deposit of 4 weeks rent is required before we can confirm your booking. If you are paying a daily rate the full amount for your stay will confirm your booking. We will hold your booking provisionally for one week or for a period advised by us. In case of cancellation during the first 4 weeks any refund will reflect whether we are able to re-book the unit for the cancelled period. Sorry we do not take pets.
